Looking for somebody to fill the spare room from 28 March 2023 for at least 3 months, ideally long term. Move in date can be flexible for the right person - either sooner or later!

It's a light-filled, quiet, two bedroom flat with views all over London and a stone's throw from Denmark Hill station, a short walk from Camberwell.

We (me and the cat) are right next to Ruskin Park so it's a lovely relaxing place to come home to after a long day :) Would be ideal for anyone who works at King's.

There's a shared living room, a spacious bathroom and light and airy kitchen.

It is a calm and clean place and the balcony, with a French door from the bedroom, offers great views over London. A good place to relax.

There's a big Sainsbury's nearby and we've got two good locals on the doorstep.

Looking for someone in their late 20s to early 30s who is professional, clean, tidy and laid back. I'm in my early 30s, work part-time from home and love living in Camberwell.

The room is furnished, so if you've got a lot of stuff you might find it a bit of a squeeze, but we're pretty well-kitted out and happy to share if you don't have much stuff. Move in date can be slightly flexible if you're the right person for the flat.

Rent is £900 all in, paid monthly in advance.

Deposit is £450.

Denmark Hill is really well connected, here are some travel times to some key stations around London:

Victoria - 12 minutes
Blackfriars - 12 minutes
Clapham High Street - 6 minutes
Peckham Rye - 4 minutes
Shoreditch - 22 minutes
St Pancras - 25 minutes

Buses also stop just outside our flat which can take you either out of London towards Dulwich/Herne Hill, or into central London via the Charing Cross area.
