Lovely double room in spacious 2-bed flat

I'm currently in this room, not sure whether or not to switch for a change of scenery!

I'm looking for a flatmate to co-sign the new lease for the flat I currently rent in Loughborough Junction, between Brixton and Camberwell. The flat is really spacious and fully functional albeit the not massively high-spec, and the landlord's been responsive and no hassle over the last year. It's great value at just under £630 pcm, and bills are usually another £140 for everything. The room is available on 10th November, with a 12-month lease.
The transport links are good, with Loughborough Junction a 2-minute walk away (Thameslink 10min to Blackfriars), and it's a 10-15min walk to Brixton for the Victoria line and Denmark Hill for the Overground etc. There's easy on-road parking with a resident's permit.
It's to share with me (32, female, work long hours mon-thurs in an NHS service Cambridge, and from home most Fridays). I'd like someone employed, pleasant, interesting, etc who is respectful and relaxed about living in a flatshare. Please get in touch to find out more/arrange a time to visit.
