One very spacious double room in a georgian town house on Camberwell Grove available for a young professional individual looking for a quiet household. Camberwell Grove is a wide, leafy street, 7 mins walk to Denmark Hill, bus 5 mins, tennis courts opposite and shops and restaurants 3 minutes away.

The room is very large, light and includes a good deal of storage space. The rental figure of £750 includes council tax, broadband and water rates.

You would be living with my girlfriend and me and sharing the rest of the house which includes a kitchen, sitting room, bathroom and garden. We both work regular office hours in the medical and legal/military worlds and we're looking for someone who also keeps regular office hours. I studied Art History at university and she studied Music so if you've an interest in either of those subjects we'll have that in common, but having said that please don't let that put you off, its been 8 years since university and I can hardly remember what I studied.
