Looking for someone to rent a double bedroom in a 5 bedroom student house in Camberwell (SE5 7TG). The four of us are art students aged 19-20.
Good transport links with Elephant and Castle, Oval and Kennington stations as well as night buses. There are parks near by as well as several shops such as Tesco, a vegetarian kebab place, an Indian takeaway and a chicken shop.
The house is on a safe street and comes fully furnished with a garden and patio.
Rent is £135 a week for a 52 week contract and approximately another £10 a week for bills. There is a £585 deposit to be paid ASAP which you will get back at the end of the year (as long as there is no damage caused). The moving in date is 7th September 2016.
