We are three student nurses, 1 english and 2 Irish, looking for a fourth housemate. We have been living together for 2 years and are sadly losing one of our housemates this august.

We live in a two story flat with 3 double and 1 single bedrooms, a large living room, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, a kitchen/dining area and a small garden.

We socialise and spend a lot of time together but also with other friends, looking for someone who can fit in nicely with us.

Another student or professional are welcome, however as we are students we are exempt from paying council tax so a professional would need to pay an extra £81 pcm. No couples. Bills are on average £27pcm. As the flat is located in an estate the heating is included and controlled for the whole building so the flat is always lovely and warm.

The house was newly decorated when we moved in last august so it looks very clean and fresh. It is very well located 5 minute walk from denmark hill station and within 10 minute walking distance from supermarkets, parks, shops, pubs, bars, restaurants, gym and other amenities. There are also many buses that go from around camberwell into central london.

The move in date must be the 7th/8th of august and unfortunately we cannot be flexible on this time as this is the date our current housemate is moving out.
