Large double room in 3 bedroom

We have a large double room available at our place from the 5th August. Can be earlier if needed.

The room: Fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, draws and small cabinet, and still has loads of space. It has its own heater, large windows that let in loads of light and wonderful afternoon sun.
Costs: £640 for rent and around another £100 for bills. Due the 1st of every month, so you'll only pay half rent this month.
Deposit is £660.

There is no agency fee! as we deal direct with the landlord. Who are great and get things sorted. they are in the process of doing the backyard with new patio and furniture coming.

The house: Has three floors, the bottom has the entrance, kitchen and lounge. The second floor has two bedrooms and the bathroom. The third has another bedroom.

The flatties: you'll be living with two awesome people, one guy (29) and one girl (30). They work full time, they like a good pub trip and also happy to chill at home ( not sure what to do since GOT ended!). They both love a good football and rugby game, but its not all sport, they are happy to chill with good trashy show as well.
They are both clean, tidy and respectful people.
I'm only leaving as I want to move to North London where all my friends are.

The area: Loughbourgh Junction is a 3 min walk away.
Only a 15 min walk to Brixton station. There is also a bus stop a 1 min walk from the house that has 4 buses running to the station and the other direction. So very easy to get around. There is a co-op and Tesco a short walk away and loads of places for food. Also some great pubs a short distance away. The legendary Brixton Village is also only a short 15 min walk away.
