The room is a pretty big double and has great bay-windows and a desk for working. It comes fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables and storage), and has an en-suite shower.

The kitchen and bathroom are shiny and new, and the living room is nice and big with sofa, chairs, dining table.

The flat is located half way between Brixton and Camberwell Green, and is on the ground floor of a three story period house with its own separate entrance. It is just off Ruskin Park and a 5 minute walk to local shops including two 24hour mini markets and a great local pub at the end of the road (the Cambria).

Loughborough Junction station is about 5 minutes walk, as is Denmark Hill Station, so you can get a train to Blackfriars, Kings Cross, London Bridge or Victoria. Bus routes on Coldharbour Lane (35, 45, 345, P4) and Denmark Hill (68, 468, 176, 185) mean easy regular access in all directions including into central London (about 30 minutes bus or 15 minutes train.

Brixton tube station is only 15 minutes walk or a few minutes on the bus.

Rent is £650 per month and includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, tv licence and wireless broadband).
