A charming room to share with an other gentleman with a single bed, wardrobe, big mirror, desk and office chair. It’s in a spacious flat and for such a central London location, extremely quiet. The usual modern conveniences: kitchen large washroom with an excellent power shower; wi-fi 24 GB. All bills inclusive.

We are straight, non-smoking, quiet, respectful, trustworthy, clean and very well organised people.

A gentleman with similar high standards, who is working and or studying full time. No drug users or partiers please!

Terms:
Rent is a bargain £100 per week all bills inclusive. You will need to leave 4 weeks as a deposit and two weeks rent up front. The rent has to be paid every two weeks. We will sign a an agreement. Minimum stay twelve weeks then you can move out anytime provided I receive two weeks’ prior notice. References could weigh heavily in your favour during the decision making process

We keep things simple. We are looking for easy nice friendly flat mate who is willing to move sooner rather than later as the room is available now.
Short stay preferable, but long stay would be considered.

I will be showing the room today from 11pm till 8pm. No time wasters please.
