One bed available for a male, in a doubleroom. Twin beds.

The room: fully furnished comfortable bed, wardrobe, chest drawer, chaer, desk. There is also a balcony.

The flat: a three bedroom flat to share. Nice big kitchen with all appliances including washing machine; bathroom, separate toilet. There is also a balcony. Very clean flat.

Wi-fi 24/7 fast/ unlimited. All bills inclusive.

We're looking for:

A non smoking, quiet, respectful, trustworthy, clean and very organised gentleman with excellent references. Also, responsible enough to share the duties keeping the flat clean and tidy. Consideration for others is important. especially in the evenings when people are sleeping.

We are:

A very friendly mix young of professionals and students. We're like “FRIENDS” here and sometimes share dinner, have a glass of wine, watch a movie, enjoy a chat talk...very nice atmosphere!.

Terms:

Four weeks deposit plus 2 weeks rent in advance. There is a signed written agreement between us when you'll get a receipt for the deposit & the advance rent. The deposit is returned when you leave. Only two weeks notice needed before moving out.

We will consider only candidates looking to move sooner than later as the room is available now.
