We have a good sized double room in a 3 bedroom flat near chalk farm tube. The flat is very close to the 24 and 46 bus routes as well as loads of other ones near chalk farm tube. It is also near gospel oak overground station which has two overground lines. We are two researchers at the university of London looking for a new flatmate who does not smoke and is not a couple. Flat comes with all the standard amenities, has bath/shower and a separate toilet. Wooden flooring throughout and the flat is on the first floor with another secured front door into the whole block. We enjoy going to the pub, cinema, and going to gigs as well as just staying in watching a film. We are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and clean. Rent is £538 a month and bills are around £50 a month. The landlord is very good and always deals with any problems quickly.
