My partner and I are living in Brussels and renting our home in London.

Our raised ground floor Georgian terraced house flat has a double room and a single room, an open plan living room and kitchen and a separate bathroom. There are huge windows that bucket light at you, wardrobes and high quality furnishings in every room and a gigantic floor to ceiling bookshelf that I had custom made to include a drop down desk.

We've got photos and a little video of the place so you can see it on You Tube before coming out to visit, if you like. We made the video two years ago when we moved and the current tenants have put up some paintings, so there might be minor surface differences from the date of the video to the current rooms.

The flat is right in between Camden, King's Cross and Caledonian Road. About 10 mins or less from Camden Overground. The address is 102 Agar Grove NW1 9TL if you want to look at it on Google maps. Nearest parks: Camden Square, Caledonian Park and Regent's Park.

A couple are in the double room for at least 6 more months so we'll be renting the single room for £160pw, (that includes all bills except for council tax) with 6 week's deposit required. If the current flatmates leave it will be up to you whether you want the double room as well, thereby having the whole flat to yourselves or whether you want to continue to flatshare. The two who are there are available to open the doors for viewings and meeting you in person.
