I'm looking for a flatmate from September 2019 for my apartment in Camden Town, of which I'm a live-in landlord. The apartment is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Camden Town on a small, quaint road in a gated community.

The room itself is a fully furnished double room with a wardrobe, drawers, a desk and a large en-suite in a modern two bedroom apartment.

Transport links:
- 8 minute walk to Camden Town station and Chalk Farm station (Northern Line)
- 3 minute walk to Kentish Town West (Overground)
-10 minute walk to Kentish Town station (Northern Line)

There are plenty of amenities nearby:
- Various gyms/leisure centres,
- Only a 6 minute walk from Sainsbury's Camden town/Morrison's Chalk Farm (grocery stores),
- A variety of restaurants and bars nearby from all angles
- Close to Primrose Hill and Regent's Park

I'm looking for a trustworthy, respectful flatmate who takes pride in the apartment - I'm very clean and tidy, it's important to me that my flatmate is too. I'm a professional so it's a quiet apartment, I enjoy going to the gym on evenings and travelling during my holiday days from work. Likewise, I'm looking for a mature flatmate who doesn't have people back to the flat and looks after the place as if its their own.

The room is available for £1100 per month rent, bills not included. These typically cost an additional £50 a month each.
