Room available near Euston, 10 mins walk from UCL

Heya! I am leaving the UK in a month to go on Erasmus, so I am trying to find a STUDENT (preferably female) to take my room in the flat I am currently living in.

It's a 7th floor flat and it's located just an 8-min walk away from the UCL campus. You will be sharing the flat with 2 female UCL postgraduates.

The price is 153, 33 pounds per week (that's 664, 45 per month) without the utility bills. The utility bills (electricity, gas, internet) are around 20 pounds per month for now, expect them to be around 40 during winter. There is also a 960 pound deposit.

The flat is technically located in the town of Camden, but it's actually closer to Euston (5-7 mins walk) than Camden Town itself (10 min walk)
The flat is in an ideal location for UCL students, 5 min walk from 4 different tube stations (Euston, Euston Square, Mornington Crescent and Warren Street), next to a bus stop and 10 min walk away from Camden Town! The room will be available from the 21st of November UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2015.
