Lovely double bed in Camden/Kentish Town

Looking for someone to replace me in a lovely and spacious double bed in a flat share in the heart of Camden from the beginning of September. Located on a beautiful residential street, the flat is super convenient as it's a 5 minute walk from Camden Road Overground, and under 10 minute walk to Camden Town/Kentish Town tube stations, as well as being surrounded by buses going to every corner of London. Local amenities, GP services, restaurants, pubs, cinema, pharmacy - literally everything is close. Oxford circus is about 15 minutes away. We have a shared kitchen/living area, 2 bathrooms and a separate shower room. Landlord is friendly and lives next to us so any problems we've ever had have been solved very quickly.

I am only moving out because I'm moving in with my boyfriend, otherwise would 100% stay forever! Existing 3 flatmates are lovely, young, female professionals. We are not a party house but like to have a nice environment int the flat so looking for someone personable, tidy, friendly, and fun! Rent is £700/month + bills and is worth every single penny.
