Hi Everyone,

We have a single room to let in a lovely flat in the centre of Kentish Town, perfect for a young professional.

You would be living with two guys in their late twenties - Craig who works in Transportation Operations and James who works as a Research Scientist at a hospital. When not working we all like to socialise together, watch trash TV, cook meals etc. The flat is a two-story property located in a back courtyard and the property entrance is on the high street, which includes many nearby supermarkets and other great local shops, restaurants and pubs. The living room is very spacious, pretty rare for this area. It's also home to a lot of house plants and a goldfish who has lived for a suspiciously long time...

There is also a very large decking area outside the house, which is perfect for chilling out (weather permitting).

There is an upstairs bathroom with shower and bath, and also a downstairs toilet. The kitchen is a good size as well, so more than one person can be cooking at the same time. Out on the street are loads of transport links: 3mins walk to Kentish Town West Overground, 5 mins to Kentish Town tube, and 134, C2, 214 buses immediately on the doorstep. Ten minute walk to Camden town as well.

The room is small but has good storage space, and the living room, space throughout the rest of the house and the great location more than makes up for this. The room is £625 per month, and monthly bills come to about £60 (council tax, internet). Quarterly we pay about £75 for water, gas and electricity. The room should be available from approx 16th September.
