Small double room in my lovely ground floor 2 bed flat overlooking Camden Square. The flat is part of a purpose built block on a small and friendly estate. I'm in the process of decorating so there are only a few photos up that represent the flat as it is now. The room is part furnished and includes a 4ft small double bed, which is super comfy. The mattress was new last autumn and has only been used with a topper. I'll also be getting a chest of drawers and/or wardrobe depending on your needs.

The flat has a spacious entrance hall, a kitchen refurbished around 5 years ago, a small but fully functional bathroom with decent shower. There a large shared lounge with dining table, as well as a TV. Outside there is a large balcony/porch area with seating overlooking the shared garden – I’m not a smoker but have friends who visit that are and are happy for you to also use this area to smoke.
This is a magnolia free zone, so if you're looking for something vanilla, my flat and living with me probably won't be your bag.

Plus the usual kitchen stuff.

Walking time is around 10 -15 minutes from Camden Town, 20 to Kings Cross, 15 to Kentish Town and 15 to Holloway.

I'm ideally looking for someone who won't be partying all the time, but who doesn't mind a few friends over for dinner/drinks and a catch-up. You'll be looking for a home rather than a place to crash, and will be up for sharing meals sometimes and popping to the local. But PLEASE don't bring drama with you, I've had a bad experience with someone who just told me about their problems ALL of the time. I'm up for sharing and offering support, but this was extreme! I know this might sound winey and a bit precious, I'm honestly a super laid back person, just can't be someone's only support (whinge over).

A bit about me - I'm a digital content manager for a charity. I love a glass (or 2) of wine in the evening with a shared meal and a chat. I also have a love of true crime and sci-fi, so will regularly binge watch. My current watch and listen list includes; Star Trek Discovery, Drag Race, GAME OF THRONES, Ghost Adventure, My Favorite Murder and Jensen and Holes: Murder Squad. I listen to 6Music, like a variety of music from Pearl Jam to Shy FX (does this sound like a dating profile?).

I have friends locally and will pop out to meet them in the pub, or head round theirs for dinner. I'm slightly tattooed and currently have pink hair.

The rent is all inclusive of bills plus a weekly cleaner.
