A nice double room and fully furnished room is available along the bank of the Thames from 15th January 2018 in a quiet and a safe area. The property is surrounded by lots of green spaces and 2 nice parks nearby. It is well connected to Canada Water, Bermondsey underground as well as Rotherhithe and Surrey Quays Overground stations. Bus stops are just across the road(C10) and another one on a 2 min walk(381).

We are ideally looking for full time working professional aged 28–40. He/she must be clean, tidy, quiet and considerate. You would be joining the three current housemates (1 female and 2 males), all professionals (A Fashion stylist, an IT Consultant and a Business Analyst). We enjoy friendly chats, sometimes enjoy a glass of wine and try different foods but we respect each others privacy. It's not a party house but more a comfortable calm place for professional workers.

Monthly rent is £540 plus bills which usually comes down to approximate £110 max pcm (water, electricity, council tax, internet(40mb up and down), fortnightly cleaner). ~ 650£ all included
