This bright, furnished, double room is a must see. Our house is right near the river, only 6 minutes walk from Mudchute DLR station. There is also a convenient bus stop a few minutes walk away which will take you to Canary Wharf in ten minutes or less, and into the City. The house itself is in a cul-de-sac
The rent is all inclusive, broadband for the house and a 'kitty' fund for household items like loo roll, dishwashing liquid etc which we handle ourselves is an extra £10. 87 per month. We deal with the landlord directly so there are no admin fees or agencies. He is also very accommodating and quite efficient in sorting out any problems. He also manages the payment of the utility bills and council tax for us so there is no awkward bill splitting.
There is a large kitchen and a lovely warm and spacious shared lounge with TV, freeview and DVD player.
You'll be sharing with two girls and a guy, so only guys need apply please - we'd like to keep an even balance. We are also quite strict with our age requirements.
We're a very relaxed and quite a fun, social bunch. We like to hang out together occassionally - going out for meals and drinks, cinema, barbeques, runnning and the odd spot of kareoke (!).
