This house is immaculate. With a gorgeous new kitchen, 2 completely retiled & refurnished bathrooms and with wooden floors throughout you'll be hard pushed to find a more beautiful house in this price range.

This is a large double room with a traditional high ceiling & ornate fireplace situated in the chimney breast. This room also has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet too. It faces to the rear of the property so it is nice and quiet. It is fully furnished including bedding if required.

The kitchen/diner is stunning & comes with a new fridge/freezer, dishwasher & oven with gas hob. All the units are new with plenty of storage & loads of food preparation space. The dining area is adjacent from the kitchen & the table seats 4.

There is also a separate utility room for the washing machine.

The lounge is gorgeous & has an ornate fireplace. It has 2 3-seater sofas, a TV and is very comfortable.

The sunny back garden is south facing & is great for BBQ's.

The whole house is fabulous & is a must-see.

The other tenants you would be living with are really friendly & would be very easy to live with.

Situated about 5 minutes from either East India or Canning Town tube/DLR stations you are able to easily access all that Canary Wharf, the City, the O2 arena complex in Greenwich & Stratford have to offer.

Canning Town is on the Jubilee Line & in one direction is 2 stops from Canary Wharf or 2 stops from Stratford in the other. You can also get on the DLR there or at East India Station & get to the City in half an hour (Bank station). Alternatively you could walk to Canary Wharf in 20 minutes.

All the bills & a cleaner are included except the phone or any TV subscription. I'm looking for a non-smoking, easy going professional who can fit in. The deposit is 5 weeks rent.
