Nice room in a lovely house.

The house is located in a quiet road, near ExCel exhibition centre , Thames cable car, Westfield City Shopping Centre, supermarket, park, few shops and Victoria Docklands and is 30 minutes by DLR to City in central London.

This is a clean, quiet and pleasant home. It’s not a modern house, it’s very simple, but the house is clean and I try do make it very organised. I live here for 6 year and half and my friend used to live here for another 6 years. Our neighbours are quite quiet, the road is very calm. I really looking for a person who would like to be friendly, EASY GOING and like to talk sometimes, make a meal together, these kind of things. I am a Brazilian who likes to talk, go out and sometimes stay at home doing gardening or making a cake. There is a cleaning rota to ensure everybody contributes fairly to keeping the house clean.

* Wireless broadband internet.
* Good size rear garden.

LOCATION / TRANSPORT in East London (Docklands) :
* 5 min walk to bus stop (including night bus to central London, the City and West End)
* 7 min in DLR to/from Canning Town Tube (Jubilee line / DLR / Bus Stations). Now Jubilee is 24 hours during the weekend.
* 30 minutes via DLR to City in central London.
* Asda 15 minutes in DLR ; Super Tesco 25 minutes DLR and bus ; Tesco Express 10 min walking.

PRICE:

* £540 per month (double bedroom)
* Including bills (Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water, TV, Internet); Just once a month and half, more or less, we need to buy toilet paper and some cleaning products.

* 1 calendar month deposit plus 1 month rent in advance;
* Minimum 6 month stay;
* Rooms are only for one person i. e. no couples/sharers;
* No DSS/benefit claimants.
