Room in a friendly home with hot-tub,gym,garden

We are Neil, Agnes & Olga and we have a lovely house in SE London. We are all professionals and we like a friendly home but we also respect our space.

There is cable TV (with all the sports and movie channels) and broad band wifi access. We also have a large 6-person outdoor hot tub, on-site fully equipped gym with shower-room (so you can save money on gym membership) and 70 foot garden (ideal for barbecues and garden parties). All rooms have been redecorated with wooden flooring. We also have a large driveway with lots of parking facilities.

The photos are of the room itself, the back garden (showing the gym complex, garden, shed and hot-tub- behind screen fence) and also of the front of the house showing the driveway and ample parking. There is also a photo of the hot-tub itself and the gym. The house has high ceilings and is Edwardian, but has been extensively refurbished inside.

There are over 10 bus routes near the house and also direct train links to London Bridge, Blackfriars, Elephant, Denmark Hill, City Thameslink, Farringdon, King's Cross/ St Pancras, Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Waterloo (mostly between 12-30 minutes away). Night buses stop within 2 minutes from the house. Lewisham DLR is also near by.

We have a lovely bright south facing double room overlooking the garden. It has full length built in mirrored wardrobes with plenty of storage and a double bed. It is only £115 per week inclusive of bills. It’s for a woman as you’d be sharing facilities with Olga and Agnes.
