I am looking for a Monday to Friday lodger. I live on my own with my daughter who is 9, so a professional female would be ideal.

Nunhead station is a short walk from the house and has frequent trains to VICTORIA and THE CITY.

We have our bedrooms upstairs, whereas the room I am letting is downstairs and thus would offer more privacy for the lodger I feel. It benefits from close proximity to the lounge and kitchen and a loo. Shared bathroom has a bath and sep. shower. The whole house is newly refurbished, light, peaceful and spatious. We are easy going and lead quite busy lives. I teach art classes in the week and use an upstairs bedroom as my studio, so mostly spend time there after my daughter goes to bed. We cook early most nights, but are happy to share kitchen whenever and provide storage there and in the bathroom. Our only pet is a lovely cat called Pebble.
