The apartment itself is set over the top floor of the building and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large kitchen / living area. There are all amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher, superfast fibre optic broadband and Sky HD. It has its own private access lift that opens into the apartment. You will be sharing with two professional gay males - one is a digital strategist and the other works in the music industry.

The apartment is in a great location, equal distance from Clapham North and Stockwell tube station (10 minutes into central London), and close by Wandsworth Road overground station and Clapham High Street overground station. The apartment is also serviced very well with a number of local bus stops that run 24 hour buses into Central London. Clapham High street is a short walk away which has lots of great bars and restaurants and shops.

We are looking for a professional, clean and tidy person ideally at least around their 30's who is social and can look after and take pride in their home space like we do.
