We are looking for a third flatmate to share our two bedroom mews house. We are looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy who is looking for a quiet place to call home.

You would be sharing with two professionals (Ali, 29, financial services and Es, 28, primary teacher). We work hard during the week and are both early risers. We tend to keep our socialising for weekends, generally not at the house. We would like someone with a similar vibe.

The room available is a very large double (4m x 3.73m). It is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table and lamp, underbed storage boxes, a large 8-cube bookshelf and an open wardrobe. The bedroom is flooded with natural light as it has its own Juliet balcony with a sliding door, which overlooks the front garden. The room is neutrally decorated and freshly painted. The bedroom has its own TV aerial socket.

The house is in a very quiet and peaceful area, yet is just 5 minutes walk from Peckham Rye station and 3 minutes walk to all the lovely cafes, restaurants and independent shops on Bellenden Road.

There is a large living room area, with an incredibly comfy sofa, and TV with Sky.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a full size freezer, a gas stove, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer (the London dream!). The kitchen is well supplied with cooking implements and has plenty of storage -- you would have a number of cupboards to call your own. There's a compact table off the kitchen for meals.

The family bathroom has a shower above an extra long bathtub. Water pressure is top notch and we have a great boiler so no issues with hot water running out in the morning! There's an additional loo under the stairs.

We have a fantastic patio and 55' garden for sunbathing, storing bicycles etc.
