The bedroom is quite small with a single bed. It is suitable for less luggage person living in, because there is not wardrobe can be used. But the prise is so inexpensive, you could too hard to find another one like this low price in this area. Bills Inclusive.
The house has a shared kitchen, living room, 2 bathroom furnished with toilets, another small toilet independent, washing machine and wifi. The house has an accessible communal garden area at the back. But we donnot offer TV accessible.
The flat is close to lots of transport links including Charlton train station(3 Minutes walking away) ,take bus about 10 mnutes to get North greenwich station(Jubilee line )and several bus routes into central london(including Night buses 5 Minutes walking away)
All amenities can be found along Charlton Church Land and there are lots of cafes and restaurants around.
Especially there are new big M&S and Sainsbury’s(24hours) and ASDA supermarkets, only walking for 15mins getting there. There is the biggest Seewoo Chinese supermarket 20mins walk. There’s also a nice park ,postoffice just minutes away from the house.
We are 7 of us living in this house, we are from England, Czech, Japan, Turkey and Beijing, all the people are nice and respect. Living in this house, you are able to spend peaceful life without noise from flatmates. we welcome you to join with us spending nice life.
