Hi guys,

We have been living at this great property for over two years now (4 of us ) and one of our flatmate has just vacated the place so we are looking for an interesting person to move in with us.

Property:

It is a 4 bedroom house with a great garden and panorama of London. Close to North Greenwich, Greenwich Park, Woolwich and Charlton Village.

ASDA, Sainsbury's, M&S, ODEON, B&Q and many more stores within 10 minutes of bus ride.

The house has a living room, kitchen and a bathroom (bath tube, toilet, shower cabin) and 3 bedrooms. There is one room avaliable now. It is partly furnished as you can see in the picture. You can bring your own gear if you like..

Fully furnished kitchen's got cooker, microwave, oven and fridge plus plenty of space to put your stuff in to.

The house is located in a very quiet area, great for leisure and weekend chill out after busy week. Several Leisure Centres are within 15 walk or bus/car ride.

People:

We (Norbert, Tomek, Adil ) are professional working 5-6 days a week sometimes including weekend. Our days off vary so I treasure them and try to catch up with my hobbies and friends.

We are looking for quiet person to share a house that would not be 24/7 party spot though both guests and overnight stays and casual hangouts with other housemates are more than welcome.

We would like to live with people of interest, who are capable of comprehending the necessity of basic cleaning duties and willing to carry them out, so the house stays nice not as if a tornado and a tsunami has just gone through it.

We would like to live with people who like to hang out in the garden for a BBQ or have a pint from time to time. It's desirable but not obligatory.

Smoking is not permitted in the household but there is a very nice garden behind it, so please by all means go and poison yourself as much as you want to over there :-P

As per pets, anything louder and more smelly than fish would be too much of hassle, plus landlord will not agree.

Speaking of which:

People interested in moving in will be subjected to a typical agency credit check.
