The apartment is available from June 1st onwards. I would ideally like a minimum of a 3 month commitment. £950 pcm, payable monthly on 1st of every month. Rental includes all Utilities (Gas, Water, Electricity etc), Council Tax, Sky Phone Line, Wireless Internet, Sky Cable and Sky Plus (I have a Sky Plus Box for your Room if you wish to have one) The Room is a Double Room, with new Double Bed which has ample Storage underneath it. I can provide Linen/Duvet and Pillows with weekly Linen Change, and a fresh set of Towels. I am out of the apartment from 5. 30am to 8. 30pm (earliest) Monday to Friday. I have a Dog, he is called Jackson and a minature Jack Russell, he is 3. 5 years Old, and is out with a Dog Walker from 10am to 2pm daily. He is generally very quiet. The nearest main line is Imperial Wharf – 0. 5 miles away (connects to the District Line) The nearest tube station is Fulham Broadway – 0. 8 miles away (District Line) Earls Court and West Brompton and Sloane Square are all close by (20 Minute Walk) There is a great Bus Service on the Kings Road. The Number 11 Goes directly to Sloane Square and onto Victoria St from Kings Road which is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The Apartment is located very close to Imperial Wharf - which has a selection of Restaurants and Bars etc. There are multiple Tescoes and Sainsburys within 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment. All open until late in the evening and some even 24 Hours. The surrounding area is famously known for its Sunday auctions on the Lots Road -
