Eccentric artists maximalist large house in style of The Ned hotel, in heart of old Chelsea.

Couples are cool, but single female preferred.

Location - The house is in the heart of Chelsea, between the Kings Road and the Thames, Battersea Park is less then 5 mins away.
It's the same street as Chelsea arts club, Manolo Blahnik and the pigs ear pub, also near the cross keys pub.
Should add it's a quiet street, and the house has double glazing.
Tube is Sloan square or south Kensington both are 10/15 mins walk, and buses go from the old church Street stop on the king's road every 5mins.

The house is light, quiet, and large for lndn, 5 double bedrooms and 3 bath, a double reception room with two fire places :) and sky TV.
1 bedroom room attached to the roof terrace is not normally rented, I keep it free so not to overload the house :).

Dining Room
Eat in kitchen,
Separate laundry room with seperate washer and dryer.
And roof terrace 😀

"Your" room is-
newly painted
Super king size bed
Great storage, with 2 large built in wardrobes.
A sofa.
2 arm chairs.
A desk,
Chest of drawers
A 42" tv with free view
and great wifi connection!

Your room would be sharing a bathroom with shower with 6 power jets and a rain head and separate bath with one other. (No 3) but she is generally at her BF 's or traveling.

Were quite an international house, and were friendly:) .
We've not had a pet in the house, but were not anti pets, and there is a dog park at the end of the street.

If you would be here longer term, you could get a K&c parking permit.

Single preferred, but couple considered, character fit most important.

Were not that PC , (we like south park), apart from that we are a bit art mad!

I've a few allergies which is a bore, so possibly not the best fit if your a big cook!

General Terms -

I will do short term between 1-3 months is £1500 per month all inclusive.

Or £1295 per month all inclusive long term.

1 month deposit, 1 month in advance, 1 month notice either side, photo copy of ID, and references please.
