Chelsea 3-Bed Apartment - Looking for 3rd Flatmate

My cousin and I are seeking a third flatmate to share our 3-bedroom apartment with us. We have a single room to rent (which could fit a double bed if preferred) for up to 11 months, beginning mid-August, costing £214. 62pw.

The apartment has the following amenities:
- A large flatscreen TV with Sky Digital
- High-speed broadband
- A microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, Nespresso machine
- Both a kitchen and spacious living room (see pictures below)
- A communal garden
- The flat is on the top floor of the building and the bedrooms are not facing out on to a road meaning there is absolute silence when trying to sleep at night
- It is just off the King's Road, there is a bus stop 50 meters from the front door, buses come very frequently and it is a 5 minute journey to Sloane Square tube station
- The bedroom has a large wardrobe

My cousin and I both work in finance. We have no preference in terms of flatmate gender or profession. All we are looking for is a cleanly, conscientious flatmate.
