The flat is located on the 5th floor with elevator. There is a large shared eat-in kitchen, and a shared bathroom with 24hr hot water. Room is carpeted in a beige colour. All kitchen equipment and appliance are provided! Washer-dryer available in the kitchen.

Gated building right next to the Chelsea Old Town Hall. 24 hour concierge and extremely safe and convenient if you order your shopping online. 1 minute away from nearest bus stop, and 3 minutes away from nearest supermarket. MONEY
Bills are NOT included at this price. Bills will be included at 220/week for singles or 240/week for couples including tax, electricity, gas, water, wifi etc. One month deposit required.

FLATMATES
2 current post-graduate students in Imperial College. Both girls are lovely and quiet, would respect your privacy but also enjoy a friendly chat over dinner.

YOU

ME
I am sadly leaving this flat as I will be doing an internship in Paris from Feb-August. The ideal move-in date would be around 25th Feb, but as the room is empty now, if you do need something more immediate, this is also negotiable. I will be visiting my boyfriend in London frequently between this time, and I would be contactable at all times via whatsapp. Should you need anything urgently during my absence, my boyfriend will be able to help you. The current end-date of the lease would be 21st August 2016, subject to further extensions.
