The house is very nicely done up with all the modern amenities. It has two very good sized bedrooms with a much bigger and nicer bathroom that most house in the area. In the summer the garden is the perfect relaxation spot as it has a patio and outdoor sofas with a large lawn. The house benefits from a big living room, separate kitchen and a conservatory. In addition to the upstairs bathroom there is a downstairs laundry room with an additional toilet. I am a very calm and relaxed individual that enjoys company and making someone feel at home. I would ideally like the potential housemate to be clean and respect the items that exist in the house but I have lived with others in the past and always been told that I am a great housemate who looks after her tenants like friends as much as tenants.
