We are Laura, Seb & Hollie and we are looking for a male housemate to move into our friendly house share in Chiswick.

The room is £530 a month excluding bills and is available to move in on the 4th June.

Our house is a 5/10 minute walk to Chiswick high street, where there are lots of pubs, shops and restaurants. Excellent location for transport- 10 min walk to Turnham Green tube (District line Zone 2), 10 min walk to South Acton (overground), 5 min walk to 94 Bus which takes you to Shepherds Bush/Westfield/Central line tube in 15 mins. The bus is also 24 hours and goes through Notting Hill, Oxford Street and Piccadilly Circus.

The house- large lounge with TV, dining table and two sofas, large kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. We have an upstairs bathroom with bath/shower and toilet and a separate toilet downstairs. We also have a large patioed garden at the back which is great for BBQs in the summer. The house has central heating and a decent wifi connection.

The room is a decent sized furnished double bedroom with a desk, wardrobe and drawers (see pics). The rent quoted excludes bills which will be around £80- £100 per month: broadband, tv licence, council tax, cleaner, electricity, gas and water. The deposit payable to the letting agency is six weeks rent, and they charge £100 admin fee for reference checks etc. All the admin is managed through a local letting agency in Chiswick who are great to deal with and very quick to respond if there are any issues.

House Mates- Friendly and easy to get along with, 2 girls and 1 guy in our mid twenties. We all work full time in London, Seb works for the Home Office, Hollie works in recruitment and Laura works for Boden. We are around most evenings and hang out socially but equally comfortable doing our own thing and have our own mates.

Ideally looking for a young professional guy of a similar age who can keep the decent balance we have in the house - someone we can hang out with in the evenings and who will treat the place as a home rather than just somewhere to sleep
