Hi,

I'll leave London for fieldwork so that this great room is on offer for a short let from November and December.

The room is located on the top floor of a split-level flat and comes fully furnished including double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, bedside table etc. The ensuite bathroom comes with a power shower, toilet and a sink.
The flat is being refurbished currently so that you'll have a brand-new kitchen, open to the living room which has a big flat screen, DVD, etc. It's a clean & tidy place and a cleaner comes every other week.
Located conveniently between the Thames (great for running!) and Chiswick High Road, all amenities are close by (e. g., plenty of bars and restaurants, gym, Sainsburys, Waitrose, Tesco, etc.).
The nearest tube station is Turnham Green (District and Piccadilliy Lines), Hammersmith Station is about 10-15 mins by foot so there's easy access either to the West (including Heathrow) or to the East/Central London!
My current flatmate is a very nice, sociable and easy-going British girl who also owns the flat. She's working in media and since our jobs are busy we enjoy our home being a rather quiet place. Hence, I'm looking for a professional/mature student to move in!
