We currently have a double room available in Chiswick (zone 3). The rent covers all bills including BT Broadband, council tax, gas, electricity and Virgin Media (including Sky Sports). This room is available on 4th October until 3rd May 2015.

The flat is located a short walk from Kew Bridge overground and Gunnersbury underground station - offering quick transportation into London. Situated in leafy Chiswick Village, the complex is surrounded by gardens which are maintained to the highest standard by the resident's association.

It is situated a short distance from Chiswick High Road where there are a great deal of excellent pubs, restaurants and shops. The Thames is just a short five minute walk away.

The flat has a balcony, large living room with a big TV, bathroom and kitchen which are shared between us.

We're looking someone social who would like to join us in our daily ritual of unwinding after a hard day at work - whether that be in front of the TV or at the pub!

Please note that £250 of your security deposit will go towards admin fees from the lettings agency. The remaining £750 will be returned to you at the end of the tenancy following an inspection.

Additionally, note that the first month of rent is due on 4th October, which pays until 4th November and so on. If you move in after 4th October, we will calculate the amount of rent owed on a pro-rata basis.
