The two bedrooms, bathroom and large living room are located on the first floor and the well-appointed kitchen (with washing machine and dish-washer) is on the mezzanine level, giving access to the roof terrace. This is equipped with outdoor furniture, a BBQ, chiminea and patio heater.

The flat is in a lovely area close to the shops, bars, restaurants and cafes along Chiswick High Road plus a number of great local pubs. It has excellent transport links giving easy access to Central London.
– 5 minute walk to Chiswick Park Station (District Line)
- 3 minute walk to South Acton Overground Station
- 10 - 15 minute walk to Acton Town Station (Piccadilly Line)
- 5 minute walk to 94 bus stop with 24 hour buses running through Shepherd Bush, Notting Hill, Oxford Street and Piccadilly Circus.

Bill are not included. We currently have Sky TV and wifi, and a cleaner every fortnight.

The room would suit a single professional aged 27 - 40. Female preferred to share with female flat-mate, 31, primary school teacher. Must be a non-smoker.
