Hello!

I'm looking for one new housemates for a lovely Chiswick house share, two existing housemates have decided to relocate at the end of the tenancy agreement and I would like to stay. I have found one tenant, Lee who will be moving in 1st Oct.

The room available from 30th Sept (possibly could move in the weekend before) and is an unfurnished double. However the current housemate is happy to leave the furniture. If the mattress is required that would be £100 as it's pretty new.

The house is modern and spacious with a large lounge, separate dining area and kitchen. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom (with bath and shower) upstairs. There is also a garden.

We currently have full Sky TV package (including free pay per view sport) and broadband. But this will be reviewed with the new housemates - we all will need broadband!

Rent is £798.97 for the room available plus monthly bills of £98.67 per month (council tax/water). Gas and electric are paid quarterly in addition to this. We have a cleaner every other week which works out at £13 per person, per month.

The location has excellent transport links - The 94 bus, which runs 24/7 to Central London, stops at the end of the road. We're next to South Acton station (London Overground) and 10mins from Chiswick Park tube or Turnham Green tube (District Line)

Not forgetting Chiswick High Street is a short walk away, a Virgin Gym (with swimming pool) 5 min walk away and we do have parking available through a permit outside the house.

You'll be living with me (Rebecca) who works in entertainment as a Creative. I work long hours and have busy life and travel for work quite often so when at home I like the atmosphere to be chilled out. I would like to socialise together from time to time and make this feel like a friendly comfortable home.

I'm looking for someone considerate who wants to live in a nice home.
