A bright, fully-furnished double room has become available to rent as sadly our lovely flatmate is leaving London to relocate closer to family, due to some health problems.

We're on the 1st floor of a terraced house with only one other apartment downstairs. (Our neighbour is wonderful!) We're on a beautiful, quiet street in leafy Chiswick, right by Kew Bridge, with plenty of amenities, despite the peaceful locale!

The flat has recently been refurbished and is light and airy. There is plenty of storage space too with a separate storage/laundry room upstairs. So no need to have wet sheets hanging in your bedroom!

There are three rooms in the apartment but you will share a bathroom and WC with only one other. The bathroom has both shower and bath.

The shared kitchen has new fridge/freezer, oven/grill/hob, washing machine, brand new microwave, kettle and toaster, and plenty of storage space.

The living room benefits from gorgeous, giant bay windows that let in plenty of evening light and it has a full-sized dining table with four chairs as well as two sofas. Lots of room to lounge, watch DVDS, or enjoy a glass of wine.

We have broadband internet and Virgin TV, because who could survive without the internet? :)

Transport and amenities are excellent! We're in Chiswick, right by Kew Bridge and Strand On The Green, 5 minutes walk away from the river and the lovely pubs that grace its banks.

Kew Bridge station and Sainsburys are also 5 minutes away, Gunnersbury tube station is 10 minutes away and Chiswick High Road only 15 minutes. There are a multitude of restaurants, bars, shops, and everything else you could need within walking distance including doctors, dentists and opticians.

The end of our road is also served by the N9 night bus which goes straight to Heathrow. If you drive, there's permit parking available on our street and there's easy access to the A4/M4.

We're busy professionals who enjoy our peaceful home but like to have a glass of wine or dinner together and have a chat and a laugh. We like our apartment to feel like home - welcoming and cosy!

This room is available for a move in date any time in the next two months.

The deposit is £620. Bills are included in the price quoted except for water and TV license. Unfortunately, we can't accept smokers, pets, or couples for the room.
