FAB COOL flat with great chilled out housemates. Two lovely lads in their mid-20's.
The flat is brilliantly located. 7 mins walk from Gunnersbury station (district/overground) and 8 mins walk from Kew Bridge Station (national rail). Chiswick high road with it's many shops/cafe's/pubs/bars/restaur ants is just a 15 minute walk away. The flat is also just a 5 minute walk from the Thames river with several pubs and great views and ideal for jogging. It really is a great spot, I will be sad to be leaving!
Room comes part furnished and overlooks Chiswick Village Green. There is also a balcony off the living room which is a nice little bonus. Large, bright living room with comfy sofas and TV.
Bills are about £60 per month and our heating is included in our rent which is such a bonus especially in December!
Looking for someone to take over from the room from 28th August.
