We have a Beautiful, fully furnished and well-presented double bedroom in the Clapham north Area, excellent FOR YOUNG FEMALE PROFESIONAL PREFERABLY.

This is a family home with 4 occupants at this moment. The property consist of 4 bedrooms 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, living room, and fully equipped kitchen.
You will be 10 minutes walking distance from major Supermarkets such as Tesco Express, Sainsbury’s, Morrison, Lidl as well as restaurants, clubs and entertainment to choose from up in Clapham High Street.
The nearest park is Lark Hall Park which is 2 minutes and Clapham Park is just 15 minutes away if you are up for walk, lots of bus links too which will cut off your journey by 5 minutes.
We are looking for a friendly individual, professional, who is trust worthy and responsible. We are very friendly, we like to build good relations and make good friends with our flatmates. All the other rooms are occupied.

The weekly rent is £180 per week.

Bills such as Electricity, Water charges, Gas, TV licence, BT Broadband are ALL included.
