Clapham South Double Room, 7 min walk to Tube

Bedroom before I moved in..

5 DAY RENT ONLY PLEASE

FLEXIBLE WITH DAYS / PRICE.
My ideal person would be sunday/Monday until Thursday evening.

General:
The room is currently mine, I will be on secondment working up North from Monday 13th Oct. Returning at weekends. So am offering my room up for 5 day rent during the week.

The Room / House:
Good sized double room in 3 bed flat, it would be a live out of a suit case job as the cupboards and draws are full of my cr*p. Or for longer stays i can move some stuff around so you have a draw etc.
The house is an ex council flat (hence the price), we like to keep the place clean and tidy, and are respectful of each other. The sitting room has 2 sofas, table, TV, Xbox, PS3, Netflix, good wifi etc. Kitchen with all the usual's, bathroom and toilet.

Location:
About a 7 min walk to Clapham South Tube with great access in to central London / the City. Also around 10 min walk to Balham station for quick overground in to the center. Also Close to Clahpam common and high st with all the local bars and restaurants.
