The Ideal person will be a female who is responsible, clean and tidy and enjoys a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
The area offers great facilities and transport. It is situated about 5 minutes away or less from the common, gym, swimming pool, cinema, library and of course numerous restaurants, bars, coffee bars etc.
