Hi!

Lou and I are currently looking for a third housemate to join our beautiful flat in Clapham.

We’re situated around a 10 minute (0.5 miles) walk from Clapham Common station, 5 minute walk to Sainsburys and Tesco and the restaurant and bars of old town are right round the corner too.

An open plan living room and kitchen with a small balcony and all the amenities you could want (dishwasher, washing machine, modern boiler and fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser) downstairs. Big bright windows and a small balcony make it great in the summer.

Upstairs has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a with a shower and bath the other with just a shower.

The room that is available is back facing, wooden floors & comes with a bed & mattress (not in the photo will be supplied by landlord).

Bills included: Gas, Electric, Water, TV (netflix & Amazon), Internet and house basics (cleaning products).

We have a private landlord who is very helpful and efficient.

One month deposit (£890).

About Us:

Apply within if you like reality TV but additionally hard hitting True Crime series on Netflix, we’re talking Love Island to The Disappearance of Madeleine McCann and beyond. Lou is a Quantity Surveyor, Vegan, and Figure Skater and Hannah is a Studio Manager, avid snowboarder and painter.

We like cooking good food, putting on a face mask and a glass of red wine/prosecco/gin, the usual - no bloodletting sacrifices here.

We’re looking for somebody who is clean and tidy, respectful, and an occasional party animal. We call the flat home and it has a very homoly vibe so we’re looking for someone who would want to take root and enjoy the cosy side of life with us.
