Quality Flat in Stockwell

Hello!

We are looking for a new flat mate, as one of ours is having to leave.
It is a good sized room, with bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of draws included.

2 minute walk to Stockwell Tube Station, and buses to Brixton, Clapham, Vauxhall, Victoria, Elephant and Castle, etc.

Water included with the rent, metered electricity (roughly £20 a month each has been doing fine for us so far) and High speed Virgin Internet (£6. 25 each).

Fitted kitchen and living/dining area, shower/bath and toilet.

So far we are 1 English, 1 Italian, and 1 French, so we'd prefer another mix though we won't refuse you if you are one of those.
