Hello everyone!


I (Ria) have decided to move in with friends, that means my large ensuite room is available from 6 December 2015(can be slightly flexible if you want to move in the following week) My room has plenty of storage (two built in wardrobes) a comfy double bed and the very desirable ensuite!

We live in the top flat of a lovely 3 story house on a quiet street just 3-4 minutes walk away from Oval tube (Northern line). Alternatively it’s 10 minutes’ walk from Vauxhall/ Stockwell if the Victoria line is your preference.

The area is fantastic – Kennington park is just on the corner, the closest gym is on the next road and is £25/ month including 24h access and classes, there are two mini-Tescos a short walk in either direction and a plethora of corner shops/ great pubs right around the tube. If you’re up for walking, it’s 25 minutes in to Waterloo (or a 10 minute tube to there or London Bridge). It’s also pretty close to Clapham North or the Brixton Academy (both 20 mins walk) and, being so central, the night bus menu is second to none.

A bit about the current flatmates:.......

Anett works for the National gallery and Tim works for JUSTEAT (lots of perks).
They both have independent active social lives but equally spend time together at flat dinners and Netflix evenings etc.

I'm afraid this is not a party flat... but both flatmates are happy with post work drinks or the odd night out, sunday roast or movie night!. We are looking for a fellow professional who ideally has common interests, tidy and easy going. Someone who is happy to get involved and hang out as opposed to a passing ship.
