We have two Large Double Room available in an absolutely beautiful house in the Stockwell-Clapham North-
Oval area.

We are currently a house of three girls and a guy in our mid-late 20s / early 30s enjoying living in an absolutely stunning 4 double bedroom house located between Oval and Stockwell.

With two of us moving out soon, we want to keep it a fun, friendly, considerate and easygoing house share, and we're looking for a like-minded 'young professional' for two of the rooms (sorry, no couples).

We like to go out to catch a movie or go for drinks, share an occasional dinner and enjoy a party at the weekend, but we equally enjoy chilling out during the week. There is certainly enough room here to both hangout together or have your own space at whatever time, however we're not kind of house for people who prefer to simply lock themselves away in their rooms.

About the house:

With an absolutely massive amount of space it has a really cool layout over its three floors:

- Beautiful double height conservatory with direct access to a lovely large private garden with appletrees and a trampoline in it

- Very modern kitchen with all standard amenities and dishwasher and a pool table! Opens up into the conservatory, divided by a bar.

- A separate living room with large flatscreen TV

- Bathroom and a separate shower-room

- Rooftop terrace

- Generous amounts of storage space throughout the house

- Broadband

About the rooms:

Large semi-furnished bedroom with a comfy double bed, shelves and closets, £800 per month (+ bills)

Location:

On a quiet leafy residential street in the Oval/Stockwell area, in close proximity of both Stockwell and Oval tube stations with a huge number of regular (night) buses at the end of our road (159/155/133/415/3/333 to name a few heading in all directions across central London). There are a growing number of really nice cafes/bars and gyms 'within a stones throw' and nearby Kennington Park also houses tennis courts and pitches for those of you who are looking to get outside more this summer. Really, its within easy reach of everything that 'South London' (esp. Clapham and Brixton) has to offer!

When:

With two of us having to relocate for work, we're looking for two new housemates who are BOTH lovely AND able to move in the next 1-2 weeks ideally. We welcome interest from either individuals or pairs of friends.
