We are looking for a new housemate for a large room just off Clapham High Street, in a fun and social 6 bedroom house share.

The room is a good size for London standards and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, shelving units and chest of drawers. The housemates are all easy-going, 4 guys and 1 girl from a mix of professions and aged in their mid-late twenties.

The vibe in the house is quite relaxed during the week, weekends are spent socialising and enjoying what London has to offer. We are looking for a girl to even out the balance.

The location is fantastic, opposite Clapham Leisure Centre and a mere stumble from Clapham High Street, less than 5 minutes walk to Clapham North and Common tubes, Clapham High Street Overground station, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Iceland, and plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants. Clapham common is 5 minutes away and always great in the summer.

The technical info: The room is available on December 1st. Rent is £450 per month, plus £32 for council tax and £60 (£70 in winter) for all bills. Deposit is £450. There are no lease or agency fees with all communication going directly through the landlords. This room is an absolute steal by London standards!
