Hello, I am moving out of an amazing flat I have lived in for the last three years. I need to move out quickly due to purchasing my own place and am looking to pass on the remainder of the lease that runs through until the end of February.

The building is really impressive with the flat on the 3rd floor, through a second security door, giving views out the kitchen across Battersea power station and the London Eye through to Crystal Palace and the south through the living room.

Both bedrooms and bathroom - shower & bath, lead into the living room which is spacious with high ceilings and room for a L shaped sofa and a two seater.
All in all I have really enjoyed living here. It is a great spot between Brixton which has the Victoria line tube, overland train and loads of buses. Brockwell park is 15 minutes walk away of you can head to Clapham north or Clapham common both 15 mins walk away.
I agreed with the landlord that I would fill the flat when I move on. There is the opportunity to sign a new 12/18 month contract with the landlord.
