Huge Room in Balham Houseshare

Balham houseshare looking for a new housemate aged late twenties to early thirties. Couples are welcome due to the cost of the room. Professionals and non-smoking only please.

The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen/dining room, lounge, front and back gardens. A semi-detached 1920's property with many original features, we love this house and are looking for a housemate to call it home with us. The room is a very large double at the front of the house on the ground floor.

We are a mixture of Brits and Kiwi's, all professionals working in the city. We are all independent and respectful of each other and keep the house clean and tidy. We socialise often on the weekends at the pub, watching rugby or having a BBQ in the back garden over the summer. There are currently four other people in the house, two girls, two guys and you would be the fifth (& sixth)housemate.

The house is approximately 5-10 minutes walking distance from Clapham South located in the Nightingale Triangle. That puts the house 10 minutes from Balham, Clapham Common, Wandsworth common and Northcote Road. Clapham Junction station is a 20 minute walk away.

Bills are £80/100 (summer/winter) a month which also covers household sundries such as cleaning products, toilet roll and a cleaner who visits fortnightly.

Rent is £950. Deposit is £1215. 00
