After 1. 5 years flatsharing my lovely flatmate has made her first step into the property ladder and the double bedroom she is currently occupying will soon be up for grabs in this glorious flat in the vibrant yet cosy Balham. The double bedroom comes with a bouble bed and loads of storage. Balham tube on the Northern Line (Zone 3) is at 3 minutes walk in the middle of everything like bars (the Bedford is at 2 minutes), restaurants, pizzerias (Franco Manca), supermarkets, banks, and everything your heart might get excited with in Clapham High Road. 3 minutes in the opposite direction and you can lose yourself in the tranquility of the Common for your runs.

The flat is a two bedroom, huge and in pristine conditions. It comes fully furnished (by me). Ideally you will be a professional with a very high level of tidyness and cleanliness standards, respectful and indipendent yet willing to share the odd glass of wine with the odd meal. Sorry but no couples.

Rent is £800 pcm and the deposit is £ 830 corresponding to half of the monthly rent payment to the landlord.

You will be sharing with a professional 30 something working in finance in Canary Wharf with loads of interests ranging from the usual stuff + studying towards the nth qualification, composing music (electric guitar with earphones - no worries), writing lyrics, fashion, gym, running, free diving, reading, clubbing, cooking (very well - apparently), travelling, languages, etc...
