Double room next to Clapham Junction!
So there's 3 of us living together and we're looking for an awesome 4th person to fill the last room in our newly decorated house - all with mod-cons in the closest home to Clapham Junction Station - but in a quiet off street, Mossbury Road!
The 3 of us are made up of 1 British guy, 1 American girl and 1 Canadian girl, all good friends and get on really well with each other. Andy works in Financial Services, Patti Ann works in advertising & I work at PwC.
We're looking for someone who's friendly, thoughtful of others, up for hanging out with us on week nights and/or weekends and is willing to become part of the gang! We respect each other's downtime and all live busy lives, with travel making up part of the housemates work schedules.
The house was an absolute gem of a find, after much searching. The room has all new furnishings including a double bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a shared bathroom with one other person.
A cleaner comes once a week and does an amazing job, whilst the landlord is the best you could hope to have. We have had no problems with the house to date.
The house also has a back garden area with outdoor seating, patio umbrella and BBQ which is perfect for the summer and/or if you want to smoke any time of year.
The downstairs has an extra toilet for guests, and a large living room with dining table, including a 42" Plasma HD TV, Full Sky+ TV Package, Telephone, Wireless Internet DVD etc. Sky Multi-room is also an option as two rooms already have it with their own TVs.
The new kitchen is the best part of the house, with everything already catered for; Microwave, Oven, Fridge-freezer, Washer/Drier, Cutlery, Crockery, Pots, Pans, GF Grills, Blenders, Utensils etc. You won't need to buy a thing! (But are more than welcome to bring anything you want).
The location is excellent:
1 minute's walk to Clapham Junction Station. As Britain's busiest train station there are regular trains in and out of central London, 10 minutes to both Waterloo and Victoria Station.
There's 3 major bus stops within 30 yards or so from the house that'll take you to anywhere in London including Night routes.
Also it's only a 10 minute walk to the Clapham Common or a 5 minute bus ride to the nearest tube station, which is Clapham Common on the Northern Line.
Gym:
Our house is literally attached, (but sound-proofed of course) to Fitness First Gym, which we all use, absolutely ideal!

Whole Foods, Waitrose, M&S, Tesco, ASDA, Lidl & Sainsburys!!
Bars & Restaurants:
Adjacent to Battersea Rise and next to Northcote Road, there's loads of restaurants around from Pizza Express, Nandos, Mcdonalds & KFC if you like your chain restaurants to Argentinian Steakhouses, Italian Bistros, Thai, Noodle Bars to the best brunch hangout in London. Clapham's got the lot.
We'll happily show you all our local drinking spots too .. of which there are many. Perfect for young professionals!
